Abstract
GUIDANCE INFORMATION SYSTEM AND REGISTRATION OF PRACTICAL WORK EXAM AND FINAL PROJECT Achmad Fawait, Umar Zaky, S.Kom., M.Cs Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta Email : fawait626@gmail.com, umar.zaky@staff.uty.ac.id ABSTRACT There are still some obstacles in the guidance process, Title Change and Registration of Practical Work Exams and Final Projects at the Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology, Yogyakarta University of Technology, including files that are lost or damaged because the files are not stored properly. In addition, when registering for Pendadaran, students are asked to re-submit files that have been made at the time of registration for the seminar and also file collection is done using Google Forms which will take more time because when managing data on Google Drive they must record the layout of their respective folders. each student and move them one by one. The problems that have been described can be solved by making a guidance information system and registration for practical work exams and final assignments that are more structured to be able to assist students in conducting guidance, changing titles and registering seminars and awareness. This information system is built using a website-based codeigniter 4 framework. All processes contained in the guidance information system and registration for practical work exams and final assignments have been tested and can handle the guidance process, change titles and registration for seminars and practical work exams.
