Abstract
IMPLEMENTATION OF PATIENT MEDICAL RECORD INFORMATION SYSTEM IN THE DENTAL CLINIC Aldi Yotaviano, Ahmad Tri Hidayat Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Yogyakarta 55285 E-Mail : aldiyotav.10@gmai.com, ahmad.tri.h@uty.ac.id ABSTRACT Doctor Hodo Dental Clinic is a clinic that provides comprehensive oral health care, located in Ngadirejo sub-district, Temanggung Regency. This Dental Clinic provides dental services, both consultation and treatment according to the patient's complaints and illnesses. The medical record collection at Kinik Gigi still uses a manual system where the patient's medical record is recorded using paper. In this data collection several times experienced data loss or damage from medical record data such as unreadable data so it was necessary to re-collect data in addition to monthly reports also experiencing problems because of the large number of patients and still using the manual method causing the length of time to report activities for one month. With these problems, an information system is needed that can assist in making month-end reports. The system development stage includes system analysis and design. The research method used in data collection is by means of interviews and observations. Analysis and Design of Medical Record Information System for Doctor Hodo's Dental Clinic will be built on a web-based basis with the programming languages used are HTML and PHP and MYSQL DBMS. The method used in developing the system is the waterfall method because it is more suitable for developing this information system. The results of tests carried out using sample data provide fairly fast, accurate and safe results where the data entry process, data conversion and data deletion are carried out in a matter of seconds. The data search process can be done more effectively and efficiently so that it can help the business processes in the Dental Clinic, drg. Suhodo, MM Keywords: System, Dental Clinic, Website
