Abstract
IMPLEMENTATION AND TESTING OF SOCIAL ASSISTANCE RECIPIENT DATA COLLECTION INFORMATION SYSTEM WEB-BASED Wahyu Setiyanto, Ahmad Tri Hidayat Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta Email : setiyantow3@gmail.com, ahmad.tri.h@uty.ac.id ABSTRACT The Kutosari Village Head Office is a village office agency located in Kutosari Village, Kebumen District, Kebumen Regency. At the Kutosari Village Head Office there are various administrators such as the Village Head, Secretary, Head of Section and others. The function of the Kutosari Village Head Office is to serve various community needs such as making family cards (KK), birth certificates, death certificates, migrant certificates, moving certificates, and including social assistance. However, the obstacle experienced by the village head office admin is that the recording of data regarding the distribution of social assistance has not been computed, this tends to result in one resident receiving two social assistances in one period, where one community should receive one social assistance in one period. The next obstacle experienced by the village head office admin was the absence of an information system for recording community receipts after social assistance was carried out and the absence of reports of anyone who had received social assistance and the absence of an information system regarding the eligibility of residents to receive social assistance. With these problems, the implementation and testing of the social assistance data collection information system was carried out that could support the collection of social assistance data with the aim of making it easier for the Village Head Office employees. The research method used is observation, interviews, system design, and database design. In this paper, the author takes the title "Implementation and Testing of Information Systems for Data Collection of Web-Based Social Aid Recipients" which is expected to have this system in the future can be useful for the school library and can facilitate the activities of employees.
