Abstract

Perancanagan Hotel Resort di pesisir Desa Wisata Senggigi, Lombok Barat dengan pendekatan arsitektur Bioklimatik merupakan perancangan yang melibatkan pengembangan beberapa model sistem pada tingkat abstraksi yang berbeda-beda dalam membangun sarana tempat tinggal sementara untuk wisatawan umum dengan memberikan pelayanan jasa kamar, menyediakan makanan, minumam dan akomodasi dengan syarat pembayaran. Pembangunan fasilitas penunjang kebutuhan wisata khususnya tempat penginapan pada umumnya tidak memanfaatkan sumber daya alam yang hanya memanfaatkan sumber daya alam buatan. Perancangan pembangunan yang berorientasi terhadap bentuk bangunannya disusun oleh desain penggunaan teknik hemat energi yang berhubungan dengan iklim setempat, menggabungkan beberapa material lokal yang menjadi material utama dengan bentukan masa bangunan yang merespon iklim sekitar, hasilnya adalah bangunan yang berinteraksi dengan lingkungan. Lombok Barat merupakan salah satu wilayah di Provinsi Nusa Tenggar Barat yang memiliki banyak wisata alam dan industri pariwisata lainnya yang sangat menarik minat wisatawan mancanegara maupun domestik untuk menginap disini. Hal inilah yang menjadi salah satu faktor yang memperkuat perkembangan industri pariwisata. The design of a Resort Hotel on the coast of Senggigi Tourism Village, West Lombok with a Bioclimatic architectural approach is a design that involves the development of several system models at different levels of abstraction that build temporary housing facilities for general tourists by providing room service, providing food, beverages and accommodation on payment terms. The construction of supporting facilities for tourism needs, especially lodging places, it generally does not utilize natural resources, which only utilizes artificial natural resources. The design of the building is oriented towards the shape of the building is composed by the use of energy-saving techniques related to the local climate, combining several local materials which are the main materials with the formation of the building mass that responds to the surrounding climate, the results are a building that interacts with the surrounding environment. West Lombok is one of the areas in West Nusa Tenggara Province which has many natural attractions and other tourism industries that are very attractive to foreign and domestic tourists to stay here. This is one of the factors that strengthen the development of the tourism industry.
