Abstract

Kota Semarang merupakan salah satu besar di Indonesia dengan banyak kumpulan remaja dari penduduk lokal maupun pendatang. 5 tahun terakhir Provinsi Jawa Tengah khususnya Kota Semarang mengalami peningkatan kasus narkoba anak usia di bawah 18 tahun Kota Semarang juga menempati posisi ke 4 Kota dengan kasus tertinggi. Tak hanya itu kasus kriminal yang dilakukan oleh anak usia di bawah 18 tahun yang diduga efek narkoba juga membuat masyarakat resah. Selain itu kota semarang sendiri belum memiliki tempat rehabilitasi Narkoba khusus anak. Oleh karena itu Pusat Rehabilitasi Narkoba di Kota Semarang adalah salah satu aspek penting dalam mengatasi banyaknya anak yang kecanduan Narkotika. Pusat Rehabilitasi ini menggunakan pendekatan Arsitektur Perilaku untuk mengubah tingkah laku Anak Pecandu Narkoba yang memiliki kebiasaan buruk berubah menjadi kebiasaan yang positif dan untuk membuat para pasien betah dan nyaman, untuk pasien yang ingin direhab tidak takut untuk datang sendiri. Metode Perancangan yang digunakan adalah Rational Approach yang dapat menyelesaikan masalah-masalah yang ada. Rational Approach adalah sebuah pendekatan rasional yang menekankan pada analisa permasalahan secara sistematis yang diikuti dengan pemilihan alternatif serta implementasi keputusan tersebut. Metode ini dapat dipadukan dari standar dan peraturan Rehabilitasi yang ada, studi kasus Rehabilitasi serta pendekatannya, dan juga data dan analisa yang sudah ada. Studi literatur dilakukan melalui kajian dari berbagai sumber yaitu buku, jurnal dan internet. Perancangan dilakukan melalui: penerapan konsep arsitektur perilaku serta transformasi bentuk yang merespon kondisi eksisting dan mengikuti bangunan sekitar. Hasil Perancangan adalah Desain Pusat Rehabilitasi. The city of Semarang is one of the largest cities in Indonesia with a large group of teenagers from local residents and immigrants. In the last 5 years, Central Java Province, especially Semarang City, has experienced an increase in drug cases for children under 18 years old. Semarang City also occupies the 4th position in the city with the highest cases. Not only that, criminal cases committed by children under the age of 18 who are suspected of drug effects also make the public restless. In addition, the city of Semarang itself does not have a special drug rehabilitation center for children. Therefore, the Drug Rehabilitation Center in Semarang City is one of the important aspects in overcoming the many children who are addicted to Narcotics. This Rehabilitation Center uses a Behavioral Architecture approach to change the behavior of Drug Addicts who have bad habits into positive habits and to make patients feel at home and comfortable, for patients who want to be rehabilitated are not afraid to come alone. The design method used is the Rational Approach which can solve existing problems. The Rational Approach is a rational approach that emphasizes systematic problem analysis followed by alternative selection and implementation of the decision. This method can be combined from existing Rehabilitation standards and regulations, Rehabilitation case studies and approaches, as well as existing data and analysis. Literature study was conducted through studies from various sources, namely books, journals and the internet. The design is carried out through: application of behavioral architectural concepts and transformation of forms that respond to existing conditions and follow the surrounding buildings. The result of the design is the Rehabilitation Center Design
