Abstract

Kabupaten Wonogiri merupakan salah satu kabupaten di wilayah Jawa Tengah yang mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat. Dari segi pertanian Kabupaten Wonogiri sangat menguntungkan terhadap wilayah dalam hal penyediaan pangan. Hal tersebut didukung oleh keadaan perekonomian Kabupaten Wonogiri yang dominan disektor pertanian, sehingga menjadikan kabupaten yang potensial terhadap kegiatan-kegiatan perdagangan. Kabupaten Wonogiri mempunyai 26 pasar tradisional yang tersebar di setiap kecamatan. Namun, hanya sebagian saja yang mengalami perubahan didalam sektor pembangunan. Dari 26 pasar tersebut menurut Kepala Bidang Pengelolaan Pasar Dinas Perindustrian Perdagangan Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (Disperindagkop UMKM) Wonogiri, saat ini masih ada sejumlah pasar tradisional yang membutuhkan penataan,salah satunya pasar Jatisrono. Dalam hal ini, pasar Jatisrono memiliki permasalahan mengenai kapasitas ruang untuk berdagang maupun aktifitas yang berada di pasar dan masih kurangnya penataan di pasar tersebut. Meredesain pasar Jatisrono dengan pendekatan “Fleksibilitas Space” merupakan metode yang sangat tepat terkait dengan kondisi pasar saat ini. Dengan meredesain pasar Jatisrono diharapkan bisa menata kembali para pedagang dan agar pasar memiliki fungsi yang maksimal disetiap bagiannya. Serta dapat membuat suasana pasar menjadi lebih nyaman. Wonogiri is one of the regencies in Central Java which develops very rapidly. The agriculture of Wonogiri Regency is very profitable for the region in terms of food supply, which is also supported by the economic condition which is dominant in the agricultural sector, making it a potential regency for trading activities. The Wonogiri Regency has 26 traditional markets spread across every sub-district; however, only a few whose development sector has changed. According to the head of market management division at the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (DISPERINDAGKOP UMKM ~Ind.) of Wonogiri, currently there are still a number of traditional markets that require arrangement, one of which is the Jatisrono traditional market. In this case, the Jatisrono traditional market has problems regarding its space capacity for trading and activities in the market, and the lack of arrangement in the market. Redesigning the Jatisrono traditional market using the Space Flexibility approach is a very appropriate method related to the current market condition. By redesigning the Jatisrono traditional market, hopefully it can reorganize the traders, and therefore the market can function optimally in every part, as well as can make the market atmosphere more comfortable.
