Abstract

Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta merupakan kota wisata yang mengalami jumlah kenaikan wisatawan di tiap tahunnya. Bantul memiliki beberapa Destinasi Pariwisata Daerah salah satunya DPD-Segoro Kidul yang meliputi wisata laguna sungai opak. Akan tetapi kawasan laguna sungai opak belum di kembangkan secara maksimal sehingga fasilitas yang ada masih belum mencukupi akomodasi wisatawan dan kegiatan aktivitas yang ada. Pemerintah kabupaten Bantul di tahun 2019 merencanakan pengembangan terhadap kawasan Laguna Sungai Opak. Theme Park atau Taman hiburan tematik merupakan salah satu jenis taman yang memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda dari jenis taman lainnya. Metode perancangan theme park ini menggunakan pendekatan konsep “Arsitektur Rekreatif Waterfront”. Kesan rekreatif pada suatu rancangan dapat dicapai mealui view, sequence dan pengalaman ruang, sirkulasi, material, tata letak dan style bangunan, tata lansekap, dan warna. Sedangkan sebuah waterfront terdapat elemen berupa ruang terbuka dapat diisi dengan instalasi, pada elemen penghubung dapat berupa sebuah jalur setapak, dan pada elemen pengembangan dapat berupa instalasi-instalasi. Sehingga untuk mencapai kesan rekreatif waterfront maka diterapkan dengan elemen Responsive environment, Local development, Building image, Continuity, dan Open space. Hasil dari perancangan Theme park ini diharapkan dapat mewujudkan tempat wisata yang dapat meningkatkan nilai ekonomi masyarakat sekitar, mendukung upaya pemerintah Bantul dan DIY dalam pengembangan wisata kawasan selatan. The Special Region of Yogyakarta is a tourism city with increasing number of tourists each year. Bantul Regency has several Regional Tourism Destinations (DPD ~Ind.), one of which is DPD-Segoro Kidul which includes the Opak River lagoon tourism. However, the Opak River lagoon area has not yet been totally developed, therefore the existing facilities are still insufficient for tourist accommodation and existing activities. In 2019, the Government of Bantul Regency planned to develop the Opak River Lagoon area. Theme Park or thematic amusement park is one type of park with different characteristics from other types of parks. This theme park design method used the concept approach of "Waterfront Recreational Architecture." Recreational impression on a design can be achieved through view, sequence and spatial experience, circulation, materials, layout and building style, landscape layout, and color. In a waterfront, there is an element which is the open space that can be filled with installations, and the connecting element can be a pathway, and the development element can be in the form of installations. Therefore, to achieve a recreational waterfront impression, it is applied by the elements of Responsive environment, Local development, Building image, Continuity, and Open space. The results of the design of this theme park are expected to create tourist attractions that can increase the economic value of the surrounding community, as well as can support the efforts of the Governments of Bantul and the Special Region of Yogyakarta in developing tourism in the southern region.
