Abstract

This writing aims to find out the system and procedure for opening Securities Accounts until closing Securities Accounts at PT Phintraco Sekuritas Yogyakarta branch. Overall the systems and procedures implemented by PT Phintraco Sekuritas Yogyakarta Branch are good, but have not been described in the form of a flow chart to make it easier for customers who want to find information to play stocks, or for novice investors who are confused in the transaction process or withdrawal of funds using the Profits Anywhere application. , and there are several weaknesses that come from human resources, namely due to the limited number of employees at PT Phintraco Sekuritas Yogyakarta Branch. This can potentially lead to errors or omissions in carrying out tasks, due to the large workload. The problems studied in this study are the systems and procedures for the opening to closing of Securities Accounts, parties involved in all processes from opening to closing of Securities Accounts, and what documents are related to the system from opening to closing of Securities Accounts at PT Phintraco Sekuritas Yogyakarta Branch. The location of the study in this research is PT Phintraco Sekuritas Yogyakarta Branch, Jl. Admiral Adisucipto No. 177 Ambarukmo, Caturtunggal, Depok, Sleman, Yogyakarta. The research results obtained include an explanation of the parties involved, related documents, as well as the system and procedures for opening Securities Accounts to closing Securities Accounts at PT Phintraco Sekuritas Yogyakarta Branch.
