Abstract

This analysis aims to determine whether the local government's financial performance at BPKPAD Klaten as a whole has changed or not. The importance of knowing the financial performance of local governments is the background for this final report. The analytical tool used to measure the financial performance of local governments from 2019 to 2021 is an analysis of regional financial ratios (financial independence ratio, effectiveness ratio, efficiency ratio, compatibility ratio and PAD growth ratio). The data collection used in this analysis is the literature review method. Through the results of the analysis of local government financial performance, it can help government agencies to take steps to the next period, thereby preventing cash embezzlement. This analysis shows that the financial performance of BPKPAD in Klaten Regency is still experiencing a lot of decline in the aspect of the ratio of independence, efficiency, and growth ratio. It is proven from the results of the analysis calculation for three years from 2019 to 2021. However, for the aspect of the effectiveness of BPKPAD in Klaten Regency, it is considered effective because it gets results above 100%.
