Abstract

This analysis aims to determine the financial health performance of the Kulon Progo Regency Government in 2019 and 2020 by using ratio analysis. The importance of analyzing financial statements is the background for writing this final report. The financial statements provide information on the financial position and performance of financial health in local governments. Ratio analysis which aims to measure the financial health performance of the local government is based on a comparison of the financial data contained in the financial statements. Through the results of ratio analysis in the financial statements, the company can take steps for the next period, so that in this case the financial statements function as a decision-making tool. Ratio analysis in the Kulon Progo District Government Financial Statements in 2019 and 2020 shows a fairly healthy financial health performance. This can be seen from the Regional Effectiveness Ratio which produces a fairly high percentage, which shows that the Kulon Progo Regency Government is able to realize Regional Revenue in accordance with its Regional Revenue Target. Then the Expenditure Efficiency Ratio which is also very good because the Regional Government is able to realize APBD Expenditures in accordance with the APBD Expenditure Ceiling.
