Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE COST PLUS PRICING METHOD IN DETERMINING THE SALE PRICE OF PRODUCTS IN THE POINT OF SALES INFORMATION SYSTEM Radip Pranowo, Umar Zaky S.Kom., M.Cs Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-Mail :radippranowo.2017@gmail.com ABSTRACT The system that runs at Paradiso Cafe is still done conventionally which causes several shortcomings and weaknesses that cause the cafe's performance to be hampered in recording incoming raw materials, recording raw material stocks, recording outgoing raw materials, processing sales transactions, and reporting reports. A point of sales information system is needed to deal with these problems. The design will later be used in one system so that they are connected to each other so that they can search data according to the required information. The system is built using the cost plus pricing method. The cost plus pricing method is useful for determining the selling price of a product on a point of sales system. The proposed system is expected to simplify and speed up the process of recording incoming raw materials, recording raw material stock, outgoing raw material processing, sales transaction processing, and making reports which include incoming raw material reports, raw material stock reports, outgoing raw material reports, and reports on the results of sales transactions, as well as determining the selling price of the product correctly Keywords: System, Information, Point of Sales, Cost Plus Pricing
