Abstract

Web-Based Computer Equipment Inventory Information System (Case Study : Visiodua Store) Niken Isnawati, Dr. Enny Itje Sela, S.Si., M.Kom Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : email.mahasiswa@gmail.com, email.dosen@gmail.com, ABSTRACT The inventory information system at Visiodua pays less attention to providing stock to meet customer needs. All stock items, both incoming goods and outgoing goods to facilitate later in processing transactions and making reports. However, at the Visiodua store, the recording of transactions in and out of goods and making reports are still done manually and transaction notes are still in writing. The construction of an inventory information system aims to solve these problems. The inventory information system is built using the PHP programming language, and by using the MySQL database, and the design uses Microsoft Visio. Where the system can facilitate the process of monitoring the available stock of goods, facilitate data collection of incoming and outgoing goods, make it easier for shop owners to make historical reports of incoming goods, outgoing goods, and return of goods, and make it easier for shop owners to print reports.
