Abstract
Employee Payroll Information System Web-based (Case Study: Coffee Bento) Mohamad Rizaldi, Saucha Diwandari, S.Kom., M.Eng Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : mohamadrizaldi1984@gmail.com, saucha.diwandari@staff.uty.ac.id ABSTRACT Bento Kopi is a coffee shop that has many chains in Yogyakarta. Although it has been established since 2012, the current employee payroll system is still conventional. The existing system is just a simple file. The weakness of this system is that it is inefficient and takes a lot of time in recording and processing the payroll process. The process of recording and calculating salaries applied by the company is still manual, causing the payroll process to be late. This study aims to create a payroll information system. The data used in the payroll process is position data, attendance data and salary deductions. The data will later be processed to produce salary values and salary reports. in solving these problems, the authors design, implement, and test employee payroll information systems. In making this system, the author uses the PHP programming language with the MySQL database format. From the results of the design, implementation, and testing of the system, it is hoped that the company will get some convenience in inputting data while helping the company to compile payroll reports faster and more efficiently.
