Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail :, ABSTRACT Counseling guidance is a form of interaction process between counselor and counseling which aims to discuss a problem so that there is a solution to solving the problem. Counseling guidance in a junior high school education institution is usually carried out by students with counseling guidance teachers where they students carry out the guidance process concerning family problems, consultation about student careers or it can be personal problems for each student. In order to facilitate the counseling process in junior high schools, a web-based information system was created which can be used to view student guidance data, student violation data and student attendance data. The system can be used for parents/guardians to view student data that is included in the guidance system so that parents/guardians can monitor the student. In this counseling guidance system, if there is a summons regarding the violation committed by the student, it will be given to the student's parent/guardian, which can be submitted directly in the system.
