Abstract

WEBSITE-BASED PERSONNEL INFORMATION SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION (Case Study: Education and Training Personnel Agency for Magelang Regency) Dimas Fajar Ramadhan, Wahyu Sri Utami ,M.Sc Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : fajardimas78@gmail.com, wahyu.utami@uty.ac.id ABSTRACT The Magelang Regency Regional Personnel, Training and Education Agency is the agency that regulates the staffing system in Magelang Regency. The task of this agency is the implementation, formulation, and development of employees in Magelang Regency. The recording of personnel data has been computerized. However, the application is still not optimal. Seeing the problems that occur the author intends to develop a web-based Personnel Information System that helps to input employee data documents. This research method is based on data collected from library materials (secondary data) and the field (primary data/basic data). Secondary data is obtained through literature study, namely by collecting written materials related to the topics discussed in the form of legislation, books, papers, research results, journals, magazines, internet, and so on. While the primary data or basic data of the author can be from the field, namely the Magelang Regency BKPPD office. The data is the main source for the writing of this thesis, which was obtained through interviews and observations by the person concerned. Keywords: Information System, staffing, BKKPD.
