Abstract

Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : email.mahasiswa@gmail.com, email.dosen@gmail.com, ABSTRACT Doctor Vera Clinic is a family doctor that aims to provide health care to outsiders located in Cepit, Sumuragung. Doctor Vera Clinic is a general practitioner who serves examinations ranging from infants, toddlers, children, teenagers, adults and the elderly. Prior to the examination, the patient must register first. However, the method used is still less accurate, with patients having to come directly to the clinic or register via the WhatsApp application. Then, the information given to Doctor Vera's Clinic still uses the WhatsApp application which is only by looking through messages and often the messages are tucked away so they can't be read. Then there is no monitoring of the health and nutritional consumption of patients at Doctor Vera's Clinic. In addition, if you want to consult directly to the clinic, you have to queue for a long time which causes patients to be lazy to come directly for health consultations and patients ignore the condition and calculation of the nutrition consumed by the patient. Therefore, it is necessary to update a system that functions to work optimally to improve the quality of existing services and is very supportive of current technology in overcoming existing problems. The system built consists of two applications including applications for doctors that are used as recording and processing data from the results of monitoring carried out and for patients to see the progress of the patient's condition.
