Abstract

WEB-BASED DECORATION TENT RENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (Case Study : Classica Sound Wedding Organizer) Anisa Rahma Dewi, Suhirman, P.HD Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogykarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : anisarahmadewi24@gmail.com, email.dosen@gmail.com ABSTRACT Classica Sound Wedding Organizer is a place of business engaged in services. The service offered by this company is the rental of decoration tents. The services available include wedding services such as make-up, documentation, decoration and food service. The main location of Classica Sound Wedding Organizer is in Kebumen Regency, precisely in Karang Jambu Village, Sruweng District, Kebumen Regency, Central Java. Data collection of ordering transactions at the place of business still uses the manual method by bookkeeping. The main problem is the difficulty in recording transaction reports. Transaction reports are often lost and scattered so that transaction data becomes incomplete. The transaction process at the place of business is also not yet computerized. From these problems, it is necessary to have an information system that can facilitate the place of business in running their business. The research method used is data collection techniques through interviews, observations and library studies. The information system for ordering tent decorations is built based on a website and the system design model uses the waterfall model. In this way, the information system for ordering tent packages can be used to provide information related to tent packages that can be seen by customers, and can assist businesses in recording transactions and month-end reports.
