Abstract
ABSTRACT The car rental system on Transformer Cars Seyegan is currently less efficient because it still uses an offline system, where customers have to come directly to the car rental place to find out the available car stock or by sending a WhatsApp chat to the admin. In addition, when going to make a rental, it must also be done at a car rental place. Another problem that exists in Transformer Cars is recording and managing data which is still done manually using written notes and bookkeeping, thus slowing down employee performance in terms of financial reporting and processing rental data. Thus this situation is changed by the existence of a computerized rental system. A web-based car rental system will be built using the waterfall system development method to solve the problems that exist in Transformer Cars. System design consists of logical design consisting of business processes and physical design consisting of database and interface design. This system is very helpful for Transformers Car in managing car rental data and it is also easier for customers to make rentals and find out information about car availability. This system also provides an online payment feature (payment gateway) using midtrans. Keywords: Payment Method, Car Rental, Website, Rental System, Midtrans.
