Abstract
ABSTRACT "Puskesmas Jatibarang" Health center is a Community Health Center that provides medical services, medical referrals and health with the aim of increasing optimal health status for the community through the implementation of "Good Corporate Governance". The recording of medical record data at the Jatibarang Health Center is still classified as manual, using Microsoft Excel. Various weaknesses are still often encountered in recording patient history data at the Jatibarang Health Center, such as time inefficiency, difficulty finding patient information, and difficulties in making reports because the patient data needed in making this report is not well structured. Data recording and patient history is the most important thing in the medical world or better known as medical record data. With the existence of a system that processes medical record data, patient data processing and reporting can be carried out easily and quickly.
