Abstract

ABSTRACT The goods data collection system is a system to find out the stock of goods in a place. The goods data collection system has been widely used or developed in a place with various technologies and systems. The problem with this teacher cooperative is that there is no data collection system available so that it cannot control the available stock of goods. Therefore, in this study an information system was built, a web-based goods data collection system, so that information about the stock of goods can be known clearly and in detail. This goods data collection system will be implemented using a web-based online system. The system development method in this application uses the waterfall method which consists of six stages. The stages are system analysis and design, software requirements analysis, system design, coding, testing and system maintenance. This application is built using the PHP programming language, MySQL DataBase and uses Balsamiq wireframes supporting software as the interface design. This goods data collection system can be utilized with several facilities provided such as input data collection of incoming goods, outgoing goods, printing reports. Based on the concept and design, it can be concluded that a "Web-Based Information System for Data Collection in Teachers' Cooperatives" has been built to help warehouse admins, employees, managers in the data collection system. In this system the admin and employees can find out the data of goods, data of incoming goods, data of goods out and suppliers who want to know the stock of the supplier's goods.
