Abstract
ABSTRACT The need for fast, precise and accurate information and communication is increasingly needed along with the high mobility of people. One of them is a reservation application, which is an effort to facilitate the reservation process, be it lodging, tickets, places to eat and others. Brix coffee is a business engaged in the field of coffee shops and food. Brix coffee & kitchen also serves reservation of places to hold events and hang out. Based on analysis and interviews with owners of Brix coffee & kitchen, one of the services that is in great demand by customers is reservation of places to hold events or hangouts. However, there are obstacles when making reservations by telephone, where users often do not know and cannot choose the location and shape of the table they want to order. In addition, customers also often want to order food or drinks at once but are constrained because customers do not know what menus are available at the cafe. Then there is no bond such as a down payment so that the customer ensures himself to be present after the reservation. This study aims to facilitate users in making reservations and ordering menus at cafes. Keywords: Reservation, mobility, cafe menu, payment.
