Abstract
ABSTRACT Management of goods in the warehouse is important because the warehouse is a place to store all kinds of goods needed for a company and become the beginning of all company activities. Currently the management of goods in TB. Mekar Agung is still carried out conventionally so that several problems arise, ranging from the problem of collecting data on goods to preparing reports. Therefore we need an inventory system that can overcome these problems. The system designed and built in this research is a desktop-based application with the Java programming language and SQLServer database. The purpose of this study is to build an inventory system that can be used by admins to manage goods at TB. Mekar Agung. The method used in system development is the waterfall method. After being tested and implemented in TB. Mekar Agung, the system can function properly and can be used by admins to manage goods in the warehouse. The system can provide information about the availability of goods and the preparation of goods transaction reports, so that it can assist the admin in managing goods at TB. Mekar Agung.
