Abstract

ABSTRACT SMK MUCA Business Center is a business owned by the department's production unit that provides various goods for the needs of Muca Mart, and the departments at SMK Muhammadiyah Cangkringan, in the process of managing inventory data in the warehouse, still use manual recording with books. Do not rule out if the data will be lost or damaged. The obstacle encountered is that the recording of goods data is still using books so that in searching for goods data in warehouses or asset maintenance data belonging to majors in SMK Muhammadiyah Cangkringan it will take a long time, and it is difficult to make reports because they have to look for data one by one in the book. Therefore, a website-based system was built that can record goods in and out of the warehouse, and record asset maintenance belonging to SMK MUCA Business Center. The system built can display user data, item data, item categories, stock items, procurement reports, expense reports, and maintenance reports. The system is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. With this system, it can reduce the risk of data loss and make reporting easier. Based on the results of making the system, it is expected to be able to overcome the various needs of warehouse officers for recording goods, searching for goods data, searching for inventory data, and procurement reports, expense reports, and clear and clear maintenance reports.
