Abstract

ABSTRACT Seblak Stick is a shop engaged in culinary sales. So far, sales management activities on Seblak Stick are still done manually, by recording using paper media. To increase the efficiency of the sales process, a Point of Sale system was created that can simplify the transaction process on Seblak Stick and minimize data loss because transaction data is stored digitally. Among other things, conducting site surveys and licensing, problem identification, data collection procedures, system development and creation, and analysis, after analyzing problems at Seblak Stick where sales reports still use notebooks. The system development process includes the system design process using context diagrams, DAD, and ERD. This system is made using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and Javascript using the React.js framework which is used to create the appearance of Web pages and MySQL as a database management system. The system features menu data processing, transaction data processing, category management, sales transactions, counting and receipt printing. There are 2 user categories, namely admin and cashier. The Point of Sale system created can make it easier for Seblak Stick owners to manage sales transactions easily, this can overcome the transaction process that was in the previous Seblak Stick. The system created can run well according to the results of black box testing. Keywords: System, Point of Sale, Seblak Stick
