Abstract
The purpose of making this internship report is to obtain data on the place of internship and to meet the graduation requirements at the University of Technology Yogyakarta. Internship programs are also held to train students' abilities in the world of work. This internship program was held from April 1 to May 31, 2022. The author worked in an internship from 07:30 to 15:30 for 5 working days. The author was placed in the archives section. The main task of archiving is to archive letters at the Gunungkidul Culture Service.
