Abstract

Pantai Kubu merupakan salah satu pantai dari 5 pantai yang ada di Kalimantan Tengah, Pantai dengan pengunjung tertinggi di pegang oleh pantai kubu dengan jarak terdekat dari kota pangkalan Bun, dan tinnggi pengunjung ternyata tidak hanya memberi dampak positif tetapi juga negative, dampak negatifnya dari banyaknya pengunjung yang tidak hanya dari kabupaten Kotawaringin Barat saja tetapi dari luar Kabupaten juga cukup banyak bahkan dari Kabupaten Seruyan dengan jarak tempuh untuk mencapai pantai kubu memerlukan 6 jam perjalanan darat untuk sampai, dikarenakan pengunjung jauh juga banyak maka perlu di sediakannya fasilitas berupa penginapan untuk penampung tingginya peminat pengunjung dari luar Kabupaten Kotawaringin Barat. Pantai Kubu dengan suasana lingkungan yang masih asri, akan sangat tepat bila di sediakannya fasilitas berupa resort dikarenakan pemandangan pantai yang menjadi daya Tarik dan lokasi yang masih asri, akan sangat tepat bila dgunakannya pendekatan ekologi arsitektur. Tujuan konsep tugas akhir ini untuk menyediakan fasilitas Cultural Resort yang dibutuhkan di Kabupaten Kotawaringin Barat, Kalimantan Tengah, Indonesia, dengan pendekatan Ekologi Arsitektur. Kubu Beach is one of the five beaches in Central Kalimantan. The Kubu beach holds the beach with the highest visitors with the closest distance from the base town of Bun, and the height of visitors does not only have a positive but also negative impact. Such negative impact of the numerous visitors, which are not only from the Kotawaringin Barat district but from outside the district, is also quite a lot even from the district. Seruyan, with the distance to reach Kubu beach, requires 6 hours of land travel to arrive. Because there are also many distant visitors, it is necessary to provide facilities in the form of lodging to accommodate the high interest of visitors from outside Kotawaringin Barat Regency. Kubu Beach with a beautiful environment. It would be very appropriate to provide facilities in the form of a resort because the beach view is an attraction, and the location is still beautiful, and it would be very appropriate to use an architectural ecological approach. This final project concept aims to provide the Cultural Resort facilities needed in West Kotawaringin Regency, Central Kalimantan, Indonesia, with an Architectural Ecology approach.
