Abstract
The purpose of this final report is to find out the payroll accounting procedures carried out by the Potorono Village Office, Bantul Regency. Payroll problems are a common problem in every government agency. Management of payroll that is not in accordance with procedures will cause disappointment to employees, for example, salaries that are not in accordance with the level of education, position and class. Salary is a service fee that is given regularly every month for the hard work of each employee. Therefore, salary is an important element for every government agency. The existence of payroll accounting procedures can provide convenience in supervising the implementation of payroll in accordance with applicable rules so that everything that is carried out can be coordinated very well. The purpose of this observation is to find out and add a flowchart of employee payroll accounting procedures at the Potorono Village Office, Bantul Regency. The procedure used in payroll is computer-based data management and the payroll process is supported using the Village Financial System (SISKEUDES) application. The parties involved in the payroll procedure are the Activity Implementation Section, the Management Section, the Finance Section, and the Village Head. Documents used are supporting documents for payroll and Payment Request Letter (SPP). The results of this Final Project report indicate that the application of the payroll accounting procedures set at the Potorono Sub-district Office, Bantul Regency is good in accordance with the procedures established by Bantul Regency regulations.
