Abstract

Indeks atau koefisien sumber daya pada pekerjaan konstruksi digunakan untuk menentukan harga satuan pekerjaan. Salah satu indeks atau koefisien tersebut meliputi produktivitas tenaga kerja. Sehingga demi mencapai efisiensi yang optimal tanpa mengurangi kualitas dari hasil pekerjaan akan menciptakan suatu perbedaan antara harga satuan baik dari segi perencanaan maupun dalam segi pelaksanaan. Untuk itu, penelitian ini perlu dilakukan guna mengetahui tingkat perbedaan indeks produktivitas tenaga kerja antara Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat nomor 28 tahun 2016 dengan analisis di lapangan. Dari analisis data lapangan diperoleh koefisien tenaga kerja untuk 10 kg pekerjaan pembesian sebesar 0,0043 OH mandor, koefisien kepala tukang sebesar 0,0066 OH, koefisien tukang sebesar 0,0677 OH, serta koefisien pekerja sebesar 0,0238 OH. Untuk memasang 1 m2 bekisting menggunakan batako memiliki koefisien mandor sebesar 0,0241 OH, koefisien kepala tukang sebesar 0,0258 OH, koefisien tukang sebesar 0,0852 OH, dan koefisien pekerja sebesar 0,0251 OH. Selanjutnya untuk pekerjaan 1 m3 pengecoran didapatkan koefisien mandor sebesar 0,0328 OH, koefisien kepala tukang sebesar 0,0211 OH, koefisien tukang sebesar 0,01699 OH, koefisien pekerja sebesar 0,0993 OH Kata kunci: Harga satuan, Indeks, Koefisien, Tenaga kerja, Perbandingan The resource index or coefficient on construction work is used to determine the unit price of the work. One of these indexes or coefficients includes labor productivity. So that in order to achieve optimal efficiency without reducing the quality of the work, it will create a difference between unit prices both in terms of planning and in terms of implementation. For this reason, this research needs to be carried out in order to determine the level of difference in the labor productivity index between the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Number 28 of 2016 with field analysis. From the analysis of field data, it was obtained that the labor coefficient for 10 kg of iron work was 0.0043 OH for the foreman, the coefficient for the head of the foreman was 0.0066 OH, the coefficient for the worker was 0.0677 OH, and the worker coefficient was 0.0238 OH. To install 1 m2 of formwork using bricks, the foreman coefficient is 0.0241 OH, the head mason coefficient is 0.0258 OH, the mason coefficient is 0.0852 OH, and the worker coefficient is 0.0251 OH.
