Abstract

Salah satu terobosan di bidang kosntruksi yang dapat mendukung pembangunan infrastruktur yaitu Building Information Modelling (BIM) dengan penerapan BIM pembangunan akan lebih efisien. Dalam penelitian ini menerapkan konsep BIM (Building Information Modelling) kedalam pemodelan dan analisis. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui penerapan konsep BIM dalam pemodelan dan analisis Gedung Parkir Kampus 2 UTY. Pemodelan dan analisis dari penelitian ini didapatkan dari proses integrasi dari Tekla Structure ke Tekla Structural Designer, pemodelan struktur kedalam 3D dengan penerapan metode BIM dan menganalisis beban struktural serta meverifikasi kepatuhan kode serta menggunakan alur kerja terintegrasi. Hasil dari metode BIM (Building Information Modelling) memiliki kelebihan seperti meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi melalui koordinasi antar stakeholder, proses desain dan konstruksi menjadi lebih mudah dan transparan, akurasi dalam perhitungan dan menghindari kesalahan-kesalahan selama perencanaan. Gedung Parkir Kampus 2 UTY memiliki struktur yang aman terhadap gempa berdasarkan SNI 1726:2019 dan baja struktural yang memenuhi aturan SNI 1729:2015 Spesifikasi Untuk Bangunan Gedung Baja Struktural. Pada penelitian selanjutnya dapat dilakukan analisis yang lebih lengkap terhadap gedung yang ditinjau seperti penambahan analisis respon spektrum dan membuat pemodelan sampai dengan 6 dimensi serta Perlu diupayakan penggunaan Building Information Modelling (BIM) dalam kurikulum di Universitas dan konstruksi Indonesia. Kata kunci : Pemodelan, BIM, Tekla Structure, Tekla Structural Designer, analisis One of the breakthroughs in the construction sector that can support infrastructure development is Building Information Modeling (BIM). With the implementation of BIM, development will be more efficient. This study applies the concept of BIM (Building Information Modeling) into modeling and analysis. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the BIM concept in the modeling and analysis of the UTY Campus 2 Parking Building. The modeling and analysis of this research is obtained from the integration process from Tekla Structure to Tekla Structural Designer, modeling the structure into 3D with the application of the BIM method, and analyzing structural loads and verifying code compliance and using an integrated workflow. The results of this study are the BIM method has advantages such as increasing efficiency and accuracy through coordination between stakeholders, making the design and construction process easier and more transparent, accuracy in calculations and avoiding mistakes during planning. UTY Campus 2 Parking Building has a structure that is safe against earthquakes based on SNI 1726:2019 and structural steel that meets the rules of SNI 1729:2015 Specifications for Structural Steel Buildings. In further research, a more complete analysis can be carried out on the building being reviewed, such as adding a response spectrum analysis and modeling up to 6 dimensions.
