Abstract

Jembatan Nangarasong merupakan salah satu infrastruktur penting yang mehubungkan 3 yaitu kabupaten Sikka, kabupaten Ende dan kabupaten Nagekeo, Jembatan ini memiliki bentang 50 m dan lebar 7m. Redesign jembatan ini bertujuan untuk merancang ulang struktur atas jembatan menggunakan type warren truss with vertical dan mengetahui nilai defleksi dari rancangan tersebut. Pemodelan dan analisis dilakukan menggunakan software Tekla Structural Designer 2020 dan untuk pendetailannya menggunakan Tekla Structure 2020, perhitungan pembebanan akan dibantu menggunakan software Microsoft Excel 2019. Perancangan jembatan ini menggunakan rangka baja type warren truss with vertical dengan profil baja IWF400.400.13.21 untuk gelagar melintang, dan batang diagonal, IWF300.300.10.15 untuk gelagar memanjang dan batang horizontal, W beam 166.7,24.11,8 untuk batang vertical. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan Tekla Struktural Designer didapatkan defleksi untuk beban mati sebesar 0,01m dan beban hidup 0,04 m dengan lendutan ijin 0,06 m sehingga perancangan ini memenuhi syarat dan masuk kategori aman. Kata kunci : Redesign, Jembatan, Warren, BIM The Nangarasong Bridge is one of the important infrastructures that connects 3 regencies, namely Sikka Regency, Ende Regency, and Nagekeo Regency. This bridge has a span of 50 m and a width of 7 m. This bridge redesign aims to redesign the superstructure of the bridge using warren truss with vertical type and determine the value of the deflection of the design. Modeling and analysis were carried out using the Tekla Structural Designer 2020 software and for details using Tekla Structure 2020, the calculation of the loading will be assisted using Microsoft Excel 2019 software. The design of this bridge uses a warren truss with vertical steel frame with a steel profile of IWF400.400.13.21 for the transverse girder. , and diagonal bars, IWF300.300.10.15 for longitudinal girders and horizontal bars, W beam 166.7,24.11.8 for vertical bars. Based on the analysis conducted using Tekla Structural Designer, the deflection for dead load is 0.01m and live load is 0.04 m with a allowable deflection of 0.06 m so that this design meets the requirements and is in the safe category.
