Abstract

Kawasan Pantai Alam Indah memiliki peranan yang sangat strategis dalam usaha pengembangan perikanan tangkap yaitu sebagai pusat kegiatan perikanan laut di Kabupaten Tegal. Kecamatan Tegal Timur masuk dalam Wilayah Pengembangan yang direncanakan menjadi kawasan minapolitan tangkap, sehingga dibutuhkan penambahan fasilitas yang disesuaikan dengan standar kawasan minapolitan. Menyikapi permasalahan tersebut maka dibutuhkan perancangan pasar kuliner ikan yang baik sesuai standar pasar sehat (Kepmenkes/519/SK/VI/2008) untuk menjual belikan ikan secara eceran serta rancangan bangunan yang dapat menyesuaikan iklim dan arsitektur lokal setempat. Metode yang digunakan dalam Perancangan pasar kuliner ikan di Kawasan Pantai Alam Indah, mulai dari pengumpulan data berupa Pasar Kuliner Ikan, pendekatan Arsitektur Kontemporer, preseden, site, programing, konsep kemudian dianalisis dan menghasilkan Perancangan Pasar Kuliner Ikan di Kawasan Pantai Alam Indah dengan Pendekatan Arsitektur Kotemporer. Konsep Arsitektur Kontemporer yang diterapkan pada bangunan menerapkan prinsip desain seperti penggunaan material dan teknologi baru, gubahan ekspresif dan dinamis, konsep ruang terbuka, harmonisasi ruang dalam dan ruang luar, fasad transparan, kenyamanan hakiki, eksplorasi elemen lansekap. Dengan fungsi utama pasar kuliner ikan melalui parameter dan kriteria desain yang telah ditetapkan dapat menjadi pusat pertumbuhan baru bagi pengembangan pariwisata perkotaan dan menjadi ciri khas / landmark yang menjadi tujuan wisata daerah Tegal sendiri maupun regional. The Alam Indah Beach area has a very strategic role in developing capture fisheries, namely as a center for marine fisheries activities in Tegal Regency. The East Tegal sub-district is included in the Development Area, which is planned to become a minapolitan capture area, so additional facilities are needed that are adjusted to the standards of the minapolitan area. Responding to these problems, it is necessary to design a good fish culinary market according to healthy market standards (Kepmenkes/519/SK/VI/2008) to sell and trade fish in retail and building designs that can adapt to the local climate and local architecture. The method used in the design of the culinary fish market in the Alam Indah Beach area, starting from collecting data in the form of the Fish Culinary Market, the Contemporary Architecture approach, precedents, sites, programming, the concept is then analyzed and produces a Fish Culinary Market Design in the Alam Indah Beach area with an Architectural Approach. Contemporary. The concept of Contemporary Architecture applied to buildings applies design principles such as using new materials and technologies, expressive and dynamic compositions, open space concepts, harmonization of indoor and outdoor spaces, transparent facades, essential comfort, exploration of landscape elements. With the primary function of the culinary fish market through the parameters and design criteria that have been set, it can become a new growth center for the development of urban tourism and become a characteristic/landmark that is a tourist destination for the Tegal area itself and regionally.
