Abstract

Kebudayaan pada masyarakat Cirebon memiliki beragam bentuk seni budaya yang memiliki berbagai konsep dan filosofi seperti batik, seni rupa, musik, tari, adat istiadat hingga bangunan yang di bentuk oleh para pendiri Cirebon yang sangat berharga. Munculnya keberagaman budaya yang kaya karena letak Kota Cirebon yang berada di daerah penghubung antar kota/wilayah seperti DKI Jakarta – Jawa Barat dan Jawa Tengah. Hal ini ditandai dengan kegiatan seni yang rutin diselenggarakan setiap tahunnya yang berbeda-beda. Namun, hal ini masih kurang diperhatikan oleh Pemerintah Kota Cirebon sehingga mempengaruhi eksistensi seniman dan budayawan di Kota Cirebon. Solusi dari permasalahan dan tinjauan potensi Kota Cirebon dari pemerintah kota sendiri merencanakan pembangunan taman budaya dengan pendekatan Arsitektur Biofilik. Pendekatan Arsitektur Biofilik adalah usaha menciptakan habitat yang baik bagi orang-orang sebagai organisme biologis di lingkungan modern yang memajukan masyarakat dalam hal kesehatan, kebugaran dan kesejahteraan. Penerapan pendekatan biofilik juga untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tentang pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019 di Indonesia yang wajib mengupayakan penanggulangan kesehatan sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan. Pembangunan Taman Budaya Lapangan Kebumen Kota Cirebon diharapkan dapat menciptakan desain baru sehingga dapat mendukung dan menjadi ruang kreatif yang dapat mewadahi kegiatan seni dan kebudayaan sekaligus sebagai sarana untuk mengapresiasi keberadaan sanggar seni, seniman dan budayawan di Kota Cirebon. Culture in Cirebon society has various forms of cultural arts that have various concepts and philosophies such as batik, fine arts, music, dance, customs, and buildings formed by the founders of Cirebon, which are very valuable. The emergence of rich cultural diversity is due to the location of Cirebon City, which is in a connecting area between cities/regions such as DKI Jakarta – West Java and Central Java. This is marked by the different art activities regularly held every year. However, this matter is still not paid attention to by the Cirebon City Government, so it affects the existence of artists and culturalists in Cirebon City. The solution to the problems and a review of the potential of Cirebon City from the city government is planning the construction of a cultural park with a Biophilic Architecture approach. The Biophilic Architectural Approach attempts to create a suitable habitat for people as biological organisms in a modern environment that advances society in terms of health, fitness, and well-being. The biophilic approach is also to solve problems regarding the Corona Virus Disease 2019 pandemic in Indonesia, which is obliged to seek health prevention following statutory regulations. The construction of the Kebumen Field Cultural Park in Cirebon City is expected to create new designs to support and become a creative space that can accommodate art and cultural activities and a means to appreciate the existence of art studios, artists, and culturalists in Cirebon City.
