Abstract

Tahun 2020 Indonesia mulai kembali berfokus untuk mengamankan cadangan pangannya dengan cara menggerakkan kembali program food-estate. Program ini akan mengonversi sebuah lahan menjadi lahan pertanian dan peternakan yang sangat luas sekitar 900.000 hektar yang berfokus pada output masif dan beragam. Konversi yang masif tersebut dirasa akan menyebabkan problem baru di masa depan, khususnya kondisi ketersediaan lahan ketika populasi manusia terus meningkat dan pasti membutuhkan lahan untuk ditinggali. RPHV bertujuan untuk menghasilkan komoditas tumbuhan pangan dan hortikultura pada wilayah perkotaan, dengan kondisi lahan yang terbatas yang berusaha menghasilkan output yang lebih banyak dari kapasitas lahan dengan luasan terbatas tersebut. Harapannya fasilitas penelitian pada RPHV akan menjadi fasilitas yang berfokus untuk meneliti cara dan teknik pembudidayaan pangan dan hortikultura yang efisien dan efektif baik dari penggunaan lahan dan hasil yang diperoleh. Metode analisa perancangan menggunakan analisa deskriptif untuk mengolah data kuantitatif dan kualitatif ditambah metode lain khususnya untuk menganalisa hubungan ruang pada analisa fungsional akan menggunakan metode Space-Syntax. Alur pembentukan konsep pada rancangan ini berfokus menganalisa aspek pendekatan, aspek fungsional, aspek kontekstual, aspek kinerja, aspek teknis, dan terakhir aspek visual estetika arsitektural yang nantinya akan melahirkan In 2020, Indonesia will begin to focus on securing its food reserves by revitalizing the food-estate program. This program will convert one piece of land into an extensive agricultural and livestock land of about 900,000 hectares focusing on massive and diverse outputs. It is felt that this massive conversion will cause new problems in the future, especially the condition of land availability when the human population continues to increase and needs land to live in. RPHV aims to produce food plants and horticultural commodities in urban areas with limited land conditions, which try to produce more output than the capacity of the land with a limited area. It is hoped that the research facility at RPHV will become a facility that focuses on researching efficient and effective ways and techniques of food and horticulture cultivation both from land use and the results obtained. The design analysis method uses descriptive analysis to process quantitative and qualitative data and other methods, especially spatial relationships. Functional analysis will use the Space-Syntax method. The flow of concept formation in this design focuses on analyzing aspects of the approach, functional aspects, contextual aspects, performance aspects, technical aspects, and finally, the visual aspects of architectural aesthetics, which will give birth to a design concept for RPHV.
