Abstract

Penyakit paru merupakan salah satu jenis penyakit yang banyak ditemukan di Indonesia, khususnya di Jawa Timur, hal ini terlihat berdasarkan Infografis Diagnosa Pasien pada RSUD DR. SOETOMO di Surabaya, hal ini juga di tunjang dengan data pravelensi angka dari Laporan RISKESDAS tahun 2018. Saat ini Jenis – jenis penyakit paru khususnya di Jawa Timur kian bervariasi, dan saat ini, Indonesia tengah menghadapai sebuah penyakit paru dengan tingkat tinggi yaitu Covid-19. Berdasarkan data yang dihimpun menyatakan bahwa angka penderita Covid-19 kian naik namun fasilitas kesehatan yang ada belum mampu menampung banyaknya penderita tersebut, sehingga banyak penderita yang pada akhirnya terlantar di beberapa fasilitas kesehatan. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas, fasilitas kesehatan khususnya rumah sakit yang mampu untuk menangani jenis penyakit paru dan respirasi sangat diperlukan, karena Indonesia sendiri merupakan salah satu negara dengan penderita penyakit paru dan respirasi terbanyak di Indonesia. Untuk menunjang fasilitas kesehatan tersebut diperlukan sebuah pendekatan yang mampu mendorong ekosistem yang sehat pada fasilitas tersebut, salah satu pendekatan yang cocok adalah Salutonegesis. Dalam perancangan fasilitas kesehatan rumah sakit ini penggunaan metode perancangan yang akan digunakan adalah Metode Kualitatif dan Metode Kuantitatif yang selanjutnya dianalisis dan disintesiskan dengan pendekatan yang digunakan sehingga memunculkan alternatif desain dari rumah sakit khusus paru. Hasil dari Penerapan Salutogenesis Pada Perancangan Rumah Sakit Khusus Paru Kelas A di Kota Batu Jawa Timur ini nantinya mampu mengatasi masalah kesehatan terutama pada sistem respirasi pasien. Lung disease is one type of disease that is commonly found in Indonesia, especially in East Java, this can be seen based on the patient diagnosis infographic at RSUD DR. SOETOMO in Surabaya, and this is also supported by prevalence data from the 2018 RISKESDAS Report. Currently, the types of lung diseases, especially in East Java, are increasingly varied, and currently, Indonesia is facing a high level of lung disease, namely Covid-19. Based on the data collected, it is stated that the number of Covid-19 sufferers is increasing, but the existing health facilities have not been able to accommodate the number of sufferers, so many sufferers are ultimately abandoned in several health facilities. Based on the above problems, health facilities, especially hospitals that can handle types of lung and respiratory diseases, are very necessary because Indonesia itself is one of the countries with the most lung and respiratory disease sufferers in Indonesia. An approach that can encourage a healthy ecosystem in these facilities is needed; one suitable approach is Salutonegesis. In designing this hospital health facility, the design method used is the Qualitative Method and the Quantitative Methods, which are then analyzed and synthesized with the approach used to create an alternative design for a particular pulmonary hospital. The results of the application of Salutogenesis in the Design of a Class A Lung Special Hospital in Batu City, East Java, will overcome health problems, especially in the patient's respiratory system.
