Abstract
Teluk Kiluan berada di Provinsi Lampung yang terletak di ujung pulau Sumatera berada dekat dengan selat sunda dan Samudera Hindia dimana dengan area pantai memberikan banyak potensi alam yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai destinasi wisata yang menjanjikan. Teluk Kiluan Lampung banyak menyediakan keindahan yang dapat dinikmati dan dimanfaatkan bersama jika dapat diolah dengan baik dan benar secara bersama-sama. Tetapi memilki beberapa isu seperti kurangnya akomodasi, utilitas serta fasilitas yang memadai seperti fasilitas penginapan yang nyaman bagi pengunjung domestik maupun mancanegera, fasilitas hiburan dan fasilitas rekreasi Dengan adanya Resort Hotel melalui pendekatan sustainable architecture yang merupakan perancangan arsitektur yang berusaha untuk meminimalkan dampak negatif lingkungan bangunan dengan efisiensi dan moderasi dalam penggunaan bahan, energi, dan ruang pengembangan dan ekosistem secara luas, serta dapat memberikan manfaat untuk masyarakat sekitar. Maka dengan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif untuk daerah Lampung dan masyrakatnya. Kiluan Bay is located in Lampung Province, located at the tip of the island of Sumatra, close to the Sunda Strait and the Indian Ocean, where the coastal area provides a lot of natural potentials that can be used as a promising tourist destination. Teluk Kiluan Lampung provides much beauty that can be enjoyed and used if processed correctly and adequately together. However, it has several issues such as the lack of accommodation, utilities and adequate facilities such as comfortable lodging for domestic and foreign visitors, entertainment facilities and recreational facilities. Efficiency and moderation in the use of materials, energy, and development space and the broader ecosystem can provide benefits to the surrounding community. So with this, it is expected to impact the Lampung area and its people positively.
