Abstract
Pesatnya pertumbuhan industri kreatif digital di Kota Bandung serta berkembangnya cara-cara kerja baru yang didukung dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi, perlu ditanggapi dengan pengadaan infrastruktur pendukung berupa tempat bekerja di Kota Bandung yang telah direncanakan oleh pemerintah, sebagai tempat untuk para startup, enterpreneur dan freelancer yaitu co-working space, perancangan co-working space menghadirkan solusi tempat bekerja yang fleksibel, efisien dan kolaboratif. Pengembangan co-working space ini juga akan didukung dengan adanya konsep eco-office, yaitu kantor peduli lingkungan yang telah mewujudkan penerapan sistem manajemen lingkungan dalam kegiatan perkantoran, sebagai strategi dalam memberikan citra dan kesan kepada masyarakat bahwa pengelolaan kantor dan individu yang berada di dalam kantor memiliki kepedulian terhadap lingkungan hidup. Ada 4 (empat) prinsip dasar yang akan diterapkan dalam kantor ramah lingkungan ini berdasarkan Green Building Council Indonesia, yaitu Space Planning untuk efisiensi ruang, Material and Equipment untuk memberikan kenyamanan pada pengguna karena material yang dipilih harus menggunakan material yang tidak mengganggu aktivitas maupun kesehatan, Operation untuk mengatus cara kerja dan system pada kantor, serta User Behavior untuk menciptakan perilaku yang peduli terhadap lingkungan. The rapid growth of the digital creative industry in the city of Bandung, as well as the development of new ways of working supported by the development of information technology, need to be responded to by providing supporting infrastructure in the form of a place to work in the city of Bandung which has been planned by the government, as a place for startups, entrepreneurs and freelancers, such as co-working space, co-working space design presents a flexible, efficient and collaborative workplace solution. The development of this co-working space will also be supported by the eco-office concept, namely an environmentally friendly office that has realized the implementation of an environmental management system in office activities, as a strategy in giving an image and impression to the public that office management and individuals in the office have a concern for the environment. There are 4 (four) basic principles that will be applied in this environmentally friendly office based on the Green Building Council Indonesia, namely Space Planning for space efficiency, Materials and Equipment to provide comfort to users because the selected materials must use materials that do not interfere with activities or health, Operations to regulate work methods and systems in the office, as well as User Behavior to create behavior that cares about the environment.
