Abstract

Sistem perhitungan angka kredit merupakan salah satu sistem yang sangat krusial bagi pejabat fungsional utamanya Widyaiswara. Sistem angka kredit akan mempermudah proses penginputan, perhitungan dan pengarsipan dokumen yang biasanya menjadi beberapa poin penghambat pegawai ketika akan mengajukan kenaikkan jabatan. Karena masalah tersebut, maka dikembangkanlah sistem perhitungan angka kredit yang mampu meminimalisir segala hambatan yang ada. Namun seiring berjalannya waktu, sistem yang dikembangkan sebelumnya ternyata membutuhkan penambahan fitur untuk meningkatkan efisiensi kinerja sistem. Fitur tersebut adalah fitur tugas limpah dan verifikasi angka kredit. Dengan adanya pengembangan fitur tugas limpah dan verifikasi angka kredit (AK) untuk upgrading sistem perhitungan angka kredit Jabatan Fungsional Widyaiswara berbasis web (Studi kasus Balai Diklat Keagamaan Makassar) ini diharapkan mampu memudahkan proses penginputan angka kredit dan proses verifikasi angka kredit Widyaiswara. Penelitian ini berfungsi untuk menerapkan dan melakukan pengujian terhadap fitur dikembangkan agar sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman dan kebutuhan instansi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis pengembangan research and development (R&D) dengan metode penelitian waterfall yang terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu recuirement, design, implementation, verification, dan maintenance. Proses pengembangan sistem menggunakan beberapa tools diantaranya adalah menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP, Database MySQL, Framework Bootstrap 4, Jquery 3 dan Codeigniter 3. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem telah memenuhi standar ISO/IEC 25010. Pengujian berdasarkan aspek functional suitability mendapatkan nilai 1 atau dalam kategori sistem telah berfungsi dengan baik. Sedangkan dari segi usability, sistem memperoleh nilai 90,4% dengan kategori sangat layak digunakan. Sehingga sistem perhitungan angka kredit dengan fitur tugas limpah dan verifikasi angka kredit (AK) efektif digunakan Widyaiswara dalam melakukan penginputan dan perhitungan angka kredit dengan efisien. Kata kunci: Sistem Perhitungan Angka Kredit, Verifikasi, Tugas Limpah, Efektivitas The credit score calculation system is one of the most crucial systems for functional officials, including those in Widyaiswara. The credit score system will facilitate the process of inputting, calculating and archiving documents which are usually some of the inhibiting points for employees when they are going to apply for promotions. Because of these problems, a credit score calculation system was developed that was able to minimize all existing obstacles. However, over time, previously developed systems require additional features to improve system performance efficiency. These features are the overflow task feature and credit score verification. With the development of the Delegated tasks and Credit Score Verification (AK) feature for upgrading the web-based Widyaiswara Functional Position credit score calculation system (the Makassar Religious Education and Training Center case study) it is hoped that it will facilitate the process of inputting credit numbers and the process of verifying Widyaiswara's credit scores. This research serves to implement and test the features developed to suit the times and the needs of the agency. This research is a type of research and development (R&D) development with the waterfall research method which consists of four stages, namely recruitment, design, implementation, verification, and maintenance. The system development process uses several tools including using the PHP programming language, MySQL Database, Bootstrap 4 Framework, Jquery 3 and Codeigniter 3. The test results show that the system has met the ISO/IEC 25010 standard. Testing based on the functional suitability aspect gets a value of 1 or in the system category. has worked fine. Meanwhile, in terms of usability, the system obtained a value of 90.4% with a very suitable category for use. So that the credit score calculation system with the overflow task feature and credit score verification (AK) is effectively used by Widyaiswara in inputting and calculating credit numbers efficiently.
