Abstract

Sebuah pengurusan dalam hal perizinan dan non perizinan yang berhubungan dengan pemerintahan daerah merupakan salah satu hal yang biasanya dilakukan oleh masyarakat untuk memperoleh sesuatu, Pembuatan surat halnya sebuah perizinan masyarakat biasanya sering berpindah-pindah tempat dari tempat satu ke tempat yang lain. Perkembangan waktu ke waktu jumlah penduduk, ekonomi dan sektor usaha memiliki potensi yang meningkat.Di era sekarang ini efisiensi pemerintahan dalam hal pelayanan publik diperlukan. Hal ini pemerintah kabupaten kudus provinsi jawa tengah menargetkan adannya pembangunan Mal Pelayanan Publik yang akan direalisasikan pada tahun 2021, Sehingga adaannya Mal Pelayanan Publik ini sangat membantu masyarakat Kabupaten Kudus untuk mengurus dokumen sehingga lebih cepat, mudah, terjangkau, aman dan nyaman. Perancangan Mal Pelayanan Publik Terpadu Satu Pintu dengan pedekatan Hybrid Architecture untuk menyatukan beberapa fungsi menjadi satu tempat dan untuk menyatukan cagar budaya arsitektur yang ada antara arsitektur jawa dan arsitektur hindhu. Metode perancangan yang digunakan adalah action research. Hasil rancangan Mal Pelayanan Publik Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Kudus yaitu menitik beratkan pada memaksimalkan tempat, karakter visual kota, konektivitas pelayanan, hybrid fungsi, upaya ini menyelesaikan permasalahan, sehingga masyarakat dapat lebih fast, easy, affordable, safe, convenient. An arrangement in terms of licensing and non-licensing related to local government is one thing that is usually done by the community to obtain something. With the development of the population over time, the economy and the business sector can increase. In this current era, government efficiency in public services is needed. This is because the Kudus Regency Government, Central Java Province, is targeting the construction of a Public Service Mall which will be realized in 2021 so that the existence of this Public Service Mall helps the people of Kudus Regency to process documents so that it is faster, easier, affordable, safe and comfortable. The One-Stop Integrated Public Service Mall was designed with a Hybrid Architecture approach to unite several functions and unify the existing architectural cultural heritage between Javanese architecture and Hindu architecture. The design method used is action research. The results of the One-Stop Integrated Public Service Mall, Kudus Regency, which focuses on maximizing space, visual character of the city, service connectivity, hybrid functions, solve problems so that people can be faster, easier, affordable, safe, convenient.
