Abstract

Indonesia adalah salah satu negara yang berpotensi mengalami gempa bumi karena berada di wilayah jalur gempa pasifik dan jalur gempa asia serta di atas beberapailempeng tektonik..Tidak bisa dipungkiri iagi dalam konteksnya, kondisi ini berpengaruh besar dalam perencanaan desain struktur bangunan.iBangunan seharusnyaidirencanakan mampu bertahan terhadap gempa, sehingga tidak terjadi keruntuhan. Perencanaan yang benar sesuai perencanaan gedungitahan gempa di Indonesia tertuang dalam tata cara perencanaan ketahanan gempa untuk bangunan gedung (SNI 1726-2019). Tujuan idari penelitian iini iadalah iuntuk imengetahui iperformance point iyang ididapatkan dari pertemuan iantara ikurva ikapasitas idan ikurva irespon ispektrum dari bangunan tersebut, mengetahui target perpindahan bangunan, serta mengetahui distribusi sendi iplastis ipada igedung. Penelitian iini menggunakan ibantuan software iSAP i2000 untuk membuat permodelan igedung iyang diteliti. Didesain sesuai Standar Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa untuk bangunaniGedung (SNI 1726-2019) dan prosedur analisis mengacu pada ATC 40 dan FEMA 440. Hasil analisis dengan software SAP2000 v22 berdasarakan metode ATC 40 untuk push X diperoleh hasil kinerja struktur (performance point) dengan gaya geser sebesar 4738,036 kN, displacement (Dt) 0,031 m. Untuk push Y diperoleh hasil kinerja struktur (performance point) dengan gaya geser sebesar 4674,232 kN, displacement (Dt) 0,033 m. Hasil analisis dengan software SAP2000 v22 berdasarakan metode FEMA 440 untuk push X diperoleh hasil kinerja struktur dengan gaya geser sebesar 4114,73 kN, target perpindahan ( ) 0,086 m. Untuk push Y diperoleh hasil kinerja struktur dengan gaya geser sebesar 4388,686 kN, target perpindahan ( ) 0,091 m. Hasil perhitungan dengan bantuan software SAP2000 v22 menunjukan bahwa gedung yang ditinjau termasuk dalam level kinerja Immediate Occupancy (IO). Kata kunci: SAP2000, FEMA 440, ATC 40, performance point, Immediate Occupancy Indonesia is one of the countries that can experience earthquakes because it is in the Pacific earthquake path and the Asian earthquake path and on several tectonic plates. Earthquake, so there is no collapse. According to earthquake-resistant building plans in Indonesia, correct planning is contained in the procedures for planning earthquake resistance for buildings (SNI 1726-2019). This research aims to find out the performance point obtained from the meeting between the capacity curve and the spectral response curve of the building, to know the target of building displacement, and to know the distribution of the plastic joints in the building. This study uses the assistance of the iSAP i2000 software to model the building under study. Designed according to the Earthquake Resistance Planning Standard for buildings (SNI 1726-2019), the analysis procedure includes ATC 40 and FEMA 440. The analysis results using the SAP2000 v22 software based on the ATC 40 method for push X obtained the results of the structure performance (performance point) with a shear force of 4738,036 kN, displacement (Dt) 0.031 m. For push Y, the results of the structure performance (performance point) are obtained with a shear force of 4674.232 kN, displacement (Dt) 0.033 m. The analysis results using the SAP2000 v22 software based on the FEMA 440 method for push X obtained the structural performance results with a shear force of 4114.73 kN, the target displacement ( ) is 0.086 m. For push Y, the structure performance results are obtained with a shear force of 4388,686 kN, the target displacement ( ) is 0.091 m. The calculations with the help of the SAP2000 v22 software show that the building being reviewed is included in the Immediate Occupancy (IO) performance level.
