Abstract

ABSTRACT In serving the needs of the community, the village office has various types of services, one of which is making various kinds of certificates. The Balaikarangan Village Office has been computerized in its service but in making letters it still uses Microsoft Word and the letter-making application system has not been connected to the database. This can cause errors in data input and data loss, so we need an application that is expected to assist in faster and more accurate data processing and the implementation of qr code technology in applications. The village population application system is an application that can assist service activities at the village office in processing the making of a certificate. The data collection techniques used in making this application are observation, interviews, and literature study. This application also uses qr code technology which is useful as proof of the authenticity of the certificate and as a substitute for the signature of the village head. By implementing a village population administration system, staff no longer have to worry about making a certificate, and this application allows staff to avoid mistakes when entering citizen data when making a certificate. Keywords: Administration, Service, Certificate, QR Code.
