Abstract

ABSTRACT Friday Sonten is a foundation engaged in social, religious, and humanitarian fields. This foundation has three divisions to carry out all its activities, namely the social, religious, and educational divisions. The three divisions require sufficient funding for their respective activities and operations. The foundation's funding sources come from donations and grants. The number of activities is directly proportional to the amount of incoming funds, this results in the process of recording incoming funds and their distribution being less controlled and cannot be monitored in real time. This situation makes Friday Sonten need a system to manage and control the source of funds. The use of a system is expected to have an impact on the reporting process of each division to be integrated, and all sources of funds and their distribution are neatly documented. In addition, it is expected to be able to help the financial department of the foundation to make an annual report to the supervisor and report to the state tax agency. The data collection techniques used in making this system are observation, interviews, and literature study. This system uses a distributed database with master to master replication so that the finance department and division treasurer are integrated with each other. By implementing this system, the finance department can monitor and control the financial resources of each division in real time and assist in reporting to supervisors and state tax agencies.
