Abstract

ABSTRACT In Indonesia, there are many bookstores, but many bookstores still use conventional methods in marketing and transaction processes. In the marketing process, buyers must come directly to the bookstore location to make buying and selling transactions for the books they are looking for. The online product sales system is currently popular and experiencing many rapid developments; business activities that were previously carried out manually are now automated. This background created a web-based book sales information system integrated with payment gateways. This system uses the Programming Hyper Text (PHP) programming language with a MySQL database. In contrast, Mobile Technology uses the Java programming language with the Android Studio IDE based on observational data from various sources such as journals and social media that contain a discussion of e-commerce systems. With the creation of this system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for both parties to conduct book buying and selling transactions, both customers and admins of this Online Bookstore.
