Yogyakarta 55164, Indonesia dimasarinuryanto@gmail.com1 widyasetia@uty.ac.id2 ¬ ABSTRAK Business plan produksi tote bag dari bahan daun pandan duri dengan kombinasi kulit pull up disusun dalam rangka untuk mengoptimalkan potensi sumber daya alam (daun pandan duri) yang dimiliki oleh Sulawesi Tenggara dimana untuk tanaman pandan duri yang belum di manfaatkan 97 % dari luas hutan mangrove pada Sulawesi tenggara. Hutan mangrove di Sulawesi Tenggara, Kota Kendari 19.000 Ha, Kabupaten Kolaka 8.000 Ha, Kabupaten Buton 12.800 Ha, dan Kabupaten Muna 56.400 Ha, Kecamatan Kabawo 451 Ha, kecamatan Parigi seluas 3.372 Ha dan hutan mangrove yang terdapat di Kawasan Taman Nasional Rawa Aopa Watumohai mencapai 6.173 Ha. Melihat sumber bahan baku yang sangat banyak maka dari itu dibuat Business plan untuk menciptakan iklim usaha kecil dan menengah yang kondusif, dan memiliki keunggulan kompetitif serta untuk mewujudkan tercapainya pertumbuhan ekonomi (economic growth) yang berkualitas dan berkesinambungan. Hasil kajian kelayakan menunjukkan bahwa usaha produksi tote bag dari bahan daun pandan duri dengan kombinasi kulit pull up ini ditinjau dari analisis NPV, PI atau B/C Ratio, IRR dan PBP menunjukkan usaha ini layak atau feasible untuk dilaksanakan di Kota Kendari. Hasil analisis kelayakan diketahui rata-rata BEP per tahun dalam unit sebesar 617 unit tas dan rata-rata ROI per tahun sebesar 75%. NPV bernilai positif (>0) sebesar Rp 313,256,097.29, dengan IRR sebesar 167,37% (>7.13), sehingga dari hasil tersebut maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa proyek produksi tote bag ini layak untuk dijalankan. Mangrove forests in Southeast Sulawesi, Kendari City 19,000 Ha, Kolaka Regency 8,000 Ha, Buton Regency 12,800 Ha, and Muna Regency 56,400 Ha, Kabawo District 451 Ha, Parigi District covering an area of 3,372 Ha and mangrove forests in the Rawa Aopa Watumohai National Park area reaching 6.173 Ha. Seeing that there are so many sources of raw materials, a business plan was made to create a conducive small and medium business climate, and have competitive advantages and to achieve quality and sustainable economic growth. The results of the feasibility study show that the tote bag production business from pandan thorn leaves with a combination of pull-up skin is viewed from the analysis of NPV, PI or B/C Ratio, IRR and PBP showing this business is feasible or feasible to be carried out in Kendari City. The results of the feasibility analysis show that the average BEP per year in units is 617 bags and the average ROI per year is 75%. NPV has a positive value (> 0) of IDR 313,256,097.29, with an IRR of 167.37% (>7.13), so from these results it can be concluded that this tote bag production project is feasible to run.
