Abstract

ABSTRACT The Mancayplay game account management information system still uses a notepad and often experiences errors in conveying information to customers so that the data given is filled with errors. This study aims to provide information to customers quickly and accurately with minimal errors in delivering information, so customers can easily get information through the game account management information system application. The stages of this research are problem identification, data collection, analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. This research results in the system being able to manage data precisely and accurately because the data is stored on an online server and uses a mobile application to make it easier for customers. The system can minimize errors in providing information because the data is stored on the server and provided in real time, so customers can immediately check if there are changes in data. Testing this system using the blackbox method is carried out on the data input form. The results of comparison application testing using the old method and the application are very far because the old method is very slow and takes up to 15 minutes when the customer requests a concurrent update schedule. When using the application, it is very fast, less than a minute, and accurate because the data is presented in real-time and online. It can be said that the design of a Mancayplay game account management information system application can be used to assist in customer service activities, data processing, and sales administration.
