Abstract

ANALISIS FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KECELAKAAN KERJA PADA PT. ANUGERAH INDOFOOD BAROKAH MAKMUR Yusuf Nur Ahmad1 Ferida Yuamita2 Program Studi Teknik Industri, Fakultas Sains & Teknologi Universitas Teknologi Yogyakarta yusufnurahmad97@gmail.com1 feridayuamita@uty.ac.id2 ¬ABSTRAK Analisis ini dilaksanakan untuk dapat mengenal variabel yang memengaruhi kecelakaan kerja (Y). Variabel-variabel tersebut adalah pelaksanaan program kesejahteraan dan keamanan terkait kata (X1), kesadaran kerja (X2), lingkungan kerja (X3), rambu-rambu K3 (X4). Populasi pada analisis ini yaitu pekerja di PT. Anugerah Indofood Barokah Makmur. Strategi pengumpulan informasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan survei. Sampel yang dipakai pada survei ini yaitu 29 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampling bertarget. Pemeriksaan yang dipakai pada eksplorasi ini yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda. Konsekuensi pada analisis ini menyatakan yaitu penerapan program kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (X1) tidak ada pengaruh kecelakaan kerja (Y), faktor kesadaran kerja (X2) berdampak kecelakaan kerja (Y), faktor lingkungan kerja (X3) berdampak kecelakaan kerja (Y) , dan faktor tanda K3 (X4) tidak mempengaruhi kecelakaan kerja (Y). Kata kunci: Penerapan program kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja, kesadaran kerja, lingkungan kerja, rambu-rambu K3, kecelakaan kerja, analisis regresi linear berganda. ANALYSIS OF FACTORS AFFECTING WORK ACCIDENTS AT PT. INDOFOOD GRACE BAROKAH MAKMUR ABSTRACT This analysis is carried out to identify variables that affect work accidents (Y). These variables are the implementation of welfare and safety programs related to words (X1), work awareness (X2), work environment (X3), and K3 signs (X4). The population in this analysis are workers at PT. Indofood Barokah Makmur Award. The strategy of gathering information is done by using a survey. The sample used in this survey is 29 respondents using a targeted sampling technique. The examination used in this exploration is multiple linear regression analysis. The consequences of this analysis state that applying occupational health and safety programs (X1) does not affect work accidents (Y). Work awareness factors (X2) have an impact on work accidents (Y), work environment factors (X3) have an effect on work accidents (Y), and the K3 sign factor (X4) does not affect work accidents (Y).
