Abstract

The main objective of this study is to examine relationship between talent management practices and financial performance of family business. This was a one-shot or cross-sectional study to gather the data from owner or CEO of family business one point in time to finding the answers the questions of this study. The survey sample for this study is 385 family business recorded on Ministry of Industry (Kementrian Perindustrian) of Indonesia directory. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the talent management practices affected the financial performance.
