Abstract

Peningkatan mobilitas kendaraan di jalan raya mengakibatkan kemacetan yang sering terjadi pada waktu-waktu tertentu seperti jam pagi waktu masyarakat berangkat kerja atau jam sore waktu masyarakat pulang kerja. Tingginya mobilitas kendaraan dengan sarana dan prasarana transportasi yang tersedia masih belum memadai, maka kendala masyarakat harus dibenahi untuk mewujudkan pelayanan transportasi dan angkutan jalan yang berkecepatan tinggi, lancar, aman, terpadu. Bus Trans Jateng trayek Purwokerto-Purbalingga merupakan layanan angkutan umum yang disediakan oleh Dinas Perhubungan Jawa Tengah yang beroperasi pada tanggal 18 Agustus 2018. Transportasi ini diharapkan menjadi alternatif mobilitas masyarakat serta meningkatkan kinerja moda transportasi umum dengan memenuhi persyaratan yang belum difasilitasi, Persyaratan aksesibilitas adalah kemudahan untuk menjangkau yang dilakukan oleh semua pengguna transportasi yang dicanangkan tahun 1998 melalui Keputusan Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum No.468/KPTS/1998. Proyek pelaksanaan aksesibilitas fasilitas umum meliputi gedung pemerintahan, terminal bus, dan jalur pejalan kaki. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan teknik kuantitatif, penelitian ini dilakukan pada halte dan pengguna bus Trans Jateng trayek Purwokerto-Purbalingga. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, angket dan dokumentasi. Kuesioner digunakan untuk menilai tanggapan pengguna terhadap aksesibilitas halte, pelayanan dan kualitas bus Trans Jateng trayek Purwokerto-Purbalingga. Setelah semua data diperoleh, diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak ArcGIS untuk menganalisis peta jaringan jalan, peta penggunaan lahan, peta kepadatan penduduk, peta rute lalu lintas dan peta harga tanah. Analisis yang diperoleh dapat menjadi acuan untuk merancang pembangunan yang lebih terjangkau bagi masyarakat Purwokerto-Purbalingga. The high mobility of vehicles with available transportation facilities and infrastructure is still inadequate, so the community's obstacles must be addressed to realize high-speed, smooth, safe, integrated transportation and road transportation services. The Trans Jateng bus for the Purwokerto-Purbalingga route is a public transportation service provided by the Central Java Transportation Service, which operates on August 18, 2018. This transportation is expected to be an alternative to community mobility and improve the performance of public transportation modes by meeting the requirements that have not been facilitated. Accessibility requirements are a convenience. To reach all transportation users, proclaimed in 1998 through the Decree of the Ministry of Public Works No. 468/KPTS/1998. Public facilities accessibility implementation projects include government buildings, bus terminals, and pedestrian paths. This study uses descriptive methods and quantitative techniques. This research was conducted at the bus stop and users of the Trans Jateng bus route Purwokerto-Purbalingga. Data collection techniques were carried out employing observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Questionnaires were used to assess user responses to the accessibility of the bus stop, service, and quality of the Trans Jateng bus for the Purwokerto-Purbalingga route. After all, data was obtained, it was processed using ArcGIS software to analyze road network maps, land use maps, population density maps, traffic route maps, and land price maps. The analysis obtained can be a reference for designing more affordable development for the people of Purwokerto-Purbalingga. Keywords: Accessibility; Trans Jateng Bus Stop; Development; Simulation
