Abstract
INFORMATION SYSTEM DESIGN WEB-BASED INVENTORY (Case Study: Orion Rock Attitude) Bagus Rizal Valdianto, Suhirman, P. hD Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta Email : bagusrizal175@gmail.com suhirman@uty.ac.id ABSTRACT Inventory data processing on Orion Rock Attitude is still done manually, where inventory data is only remembered by employees and there is no monitoring of inventory expenditure. Meanwhile, for making reports on outgoing goods, employees calculate the number of outgoing goods that have been recorded per day in the book. Often the inventory recording process that is carried out results in differences from the data on the number of stock items with the number of physical goods available each month, resulting in losses that must be borne by the company. Solving problems with the inventory system at Orion Rock Attitude is done by creating an Inventory Information System to generate and adjust inventory data according to its physical condition. The existence of an inventory information system can help Orion Rock Attitude to monitor incoming and outgoing goods so that in the future there will be no more errors in monthly reports and the search for stock items can be seen easily. By collecting data on incoming stock, outgoing stock and sales results so that the data produced is the same as one another. Keywords: Information Systems, Stock Goods.
