Abstract

Kuharap Ragiel Pamungkas Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : kr.pamungkas39@gmail.com ABSTRACT SMP NEGERI 4 Tuban is an educational unit with a junior high school level in Bogorejo, Kec. Merarak, Kab. Tuban, East Java. SMP N 4 Tuban Library has a complete collection of books. However, the lack of an information system and library book loan data made it difficult for the library admin to run the administration of the SMP N 4 Tuban library. It is hoped that computerized data processing will make it easier to carry out library administration at SMP N 4 Tuban such as inputting student data, books, and transactions. The library information system application was made with the aim of facilitating the library admin in finding data, both book lists and book borrowing data quickly, effectively and efficiently. In addition to providing service convenience, this system also aims to produce output in the form of a report which is used as a reference in the month-end or year-end report. The methods used in this study are the observation method, the interview method, and the waterfall method. And this research is a follow-up process from previous research, namely the implementation process based on the results of system requirements analysis and system design. The results obtained from this study are the implementation of the system required by the library of SMP Negeri 4 Tuban in facilitating library administration.
