Abstract
GODDABS Clothing Store is a business engaged in the sale of various kinds of clothing. In running a business, the process of recording in and out of stock is done by recording it in a ledger. Currently, the GODDABS Clothing Store does not yet have any media information related to recording their stock. Recording through this ledger has a greater risk of loss and damage. By knowing the problems that exist in the store, there will be improvements which of course can minimize a problem that exists in the store. The data collection technique used is by direct observation to the store, then conducting interviews with the shop owner, and studying the literature. To find out the processes that occur in the system, namely by using Data Flow Diagrams (DAD), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), Inter-Table Relations, interface design, and using the PHP and MYSQL programming languages as databases. The results of this system are facilitating the management of incoming and outgoing inventory and product data storage, goods in and out transactions, and reports to make them more effective.
